These terms cover Agent Ready Shops ("we"): this website, agentreadyshops.com, and the Agent Ready Shops plugin. By downloading the plugin or using this site, you agree to these terms.

The plugin is free and provided as is

The plugin is free software, licensed under the GNU GPL, version 2 or later. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Back up your site before installing any plugin.

Scores and AI output aren't guarantees

The audit score and its suggestions are a guide to how complete and readable your product data is. They don't guarantee that any AI assistant, search engine or marketplace will show, recommend or sell your products. The optional AI shopper test uses an AI model, and AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check anything it says before you act on it. You're responsible for the product information you publish.

The AI shopper test uses your own Anthropic account

If you choose to run the AI shopper test, you use your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills you directly, and Anthropic's own terms apply to that use. We don't receive your key or the data sent.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist for the paid "fix it for me" service commits neither of us to anything. Any prices shown on this site are plans, not offers, and the service may never be built.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits or data, arising from your use of the plugin or this site. Because the plugin is free, our total liability for anything related to it is limited to zero dollars where the law allows.

Trademarks

WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc., and Easy Digital Downloads is a trademark of its owner. Agent Ready Shops isn't affiliated with or endorsed by either. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude are trademarks of their owners.
